I have recently completed my postgraduatation studies in History with the results awaiting declaration from IGNOU. I have done my graduation in History Hons. from Delhi University. I also worked in Teleperformance as Customer Service Associate for 1 year and 10 months. My key soft skills are - interpersonal communication, problem solving, self learning, presentation, adaptability, tone modulation
(voice modulation, articulation, intonation, pitch control, non-verbal integration, projection). Technical skills- content wrting, teaching and mentoring.
