I'm an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, a psychotherapist, and hold a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology. My approach combines evidence-based strength training with an understanding of mental health, helping clients build healthier bodies while developing a sustainable relationship with exercise.

Having gone through my own weight-loss journey, I understand firsthand how intimidating fitness can feel. I know what it's like to start from scratch, struggle with consistency, and gradually become stronger. That experience shapes the way I coach—with empathy, structure, and accountability rather than guilt or punishment.
