Hi Shubham,
Please start speaking in English. Right or Wrong- don't worry because spoken language comes before reading and writing. Don't worry about people who make fun of your mistakes. Take all their corrections positively and work on it.
Also, watch English movies on TV with subtitles. At times, try to close your eyes and listen to their dialogues.
Choose some friends who speak good English. Take their help and converse in English at least 15 minutes a day on different topics. Speak of what happened(past), what is happening(present) and what may happen(future).
Do not track your progress every day. Watch after a week or two.
