Since you have working experience in Instrumentation and Control (I&C), get trained on Softwares related to I&C. There is a lot of demand for Medical IT (i.e. remote/onsite ECG, EEG or other medical signal monitoring and analysis), where your I&C experience might help and as your background is BCA would able to learn softwares quickly.
If you are looking for core IT(like Java/.Net programming/DB/Networking) career, then do complete MCA and apply for jobs. Getting Job or growing in IT is difficult with BCA.
