I have done workshop by Myofascial trigger point release by Doctor Mohan babu. MPT, ergonomics.

"Sridhar is a fantastic trainer who goes above and beyond to cater to a person's goals and never lets us give in any circumstance. He has good knowledge in fitness and will always decide a plan that suits our needs. I changed gyms only because Sridhar had changed as well. He is very amicable and during rest times always gives us motivation and advice and always goes the extra mile to help us. He is an excellent judge of a person's limits and will always drive us to that point in order to get the best results. I was always skeptical about working out but after he trained me I have become very fitness oriented and I credit this all to Sridhar for the wonderful introduction into the world of Fitness. "
