"Madhu is the NAVIGATOR of your FITNESS JOURNEY" Madhu is passionate about Fitness and has 13+ years of experience into training about 3000+ clients having different goals. Have been working as a Personal Trainer in the City of Bangalore since 2008. Being never particularly good at sport when I was at school, I found that I actually just really enjoyed fitness, and through that fell into the fitness industry after gaining my BCom from the University of Bangalore. My main areas of interest are weightlifting , weight loss, pilates, crossfit, muscle gain nutrition, and holds a qualification from the ACE (American Council of Education) gold's gym university "Certified Personal Fitness Trainer". My approach to coaching my clients is about educating and empowering them with knowledge that cuts thorough much of the dogma that surrounds the fitness industry.I provide a mentor based training to all my clients making them achieve their goals in a focused way. Madhu is in charge of the Body Transformations, Weight gain , Weigh loss, pilates, crossfit etc and has represented many campaigns and marathons.
