I am a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with 14 years of experience leading process improvement, operational excellence, and business transformation initiatives across global organizations, including Amazon, BT Group, Optum, and HCL Technologies.

Throughout my career, I have successfully applied Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to solve complex business problems, improve operational performance, reduce defects, and deliver measurable business outcomes. At Amazon, I currently mentor and train Yellow Belt and Green Belt projects, guiding teams through DMAIC, root cause analysis, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer and seller experience.

Prior to Amazon, I led global continuous improvement programs at BT Group, where I delivered Lean transformation projects that generated over £2.5 million in annual savings, improved customer satisfaction, and trained 28 Continuous Improvement Champions to achieve British Quality Foundation (BQF) Lean certification. I have also led multiple Six Sigma Black Belt projects that significantly improved service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs.

My teaching approach combines practical industry experience with structured learning. Rather than focusing only on theory, I help students understand how Lean and Six Sigma tools are applied in real business environments. I use practical examples, case studies, and project-based learning to explain concepts such as DMAIC, Lean principles, Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC, Root Cause Analysis, Process Mapping, Statistical Thinking, and Continuous Improvement.
