With the rising incidence of POSH complaints, we would like to make a change to minimize these complaints, by offering POSH training for corporates. Increasing awareness about the POSH Act and empowering women to be better equipped at handling harassment in the workplace can go a long way to bring down the incidences of POSH complaints.
