Measure products with rulers, Vernier calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
Accept or Reject finished items.
Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
Report Inspection and test data.
Check products by sight, sound, or feel to locate imperfections such as cuts, scratches and dents.
Inspect incoming material for wear, damage, or defects; reports any discrepancies or damage in materials received; notifies the proper person if repairs or adjustments are required.
