I have secured an overall of 6.5 band in IELTS. I had completed graduation with B.Tech. In reading, 5.5,   Listening6.5,   Writing6.5,   and speaking 7. Can I apply for further studies in Canada?

If you are targeting for scholarships, you should score not less than 6 in all the sections. But 6.5 is pretty decent to get into Canada.
