Shriharsha K M - Full Stack Developer & Trainer | Java, DSA, System Design | 2 Years Industry Experience

I am a Full Stack Developer and Technical Trainer with 2 years of professional software development experience and hands-on expertise in Java-based backend development, application architecture, and full stack technologies. Alongside my development career, I have trained 20+ students in Full Stack Development, helping them strengthen their programming fundamentals, develop problem-solving abilities, and prepare for real-world software engineering roles.

As a technical trainer, I specialize in teaching Core Java, Advanced Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Git, and GitHub, along with Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), Object-Oriented Programming, Backend Development, System Design, and Software Architecture.

My training approach goes beyond teaching syntax and frameworks. I focus on building strong engineering fundamentals through structured, hands-on sessions covering problem-solving techniques, DSA concepts, algorithmic thinking, time and space complexity, and practical LeetCode-style coding problems.

I also introduce students to real-world system design concepts, including scalability, load balancing, caching, database design, REST API architecture, microservices, authentication, distributed systems, and how large-scale applications such as Instagram, Netflix, and other modern platforms work behind the scenes.

Through practical coding exercises, debugging sessions, real-world projects, architectural discussions, and industry best practices, I help students understand not just how to write code, but how to think, design, build, and solve problems like software engineers.

My primary goal is to bridge the gap between academic programming knowledge and industry expectations, equipping students with the technical skills, engineering mindset, and confidence required to succeed in the software development industry.
