Shinoi

I am a Commerce educator with over 15 years of professional experience in multinational companies, and I teach Commerce students primarily in Classes 11 and 12. I cover the core subjects in the B.Com and Commerce curriculum and combine academic learning with my extensive practical exposure to finance, accounting, business, and management. My goal is to help students understand concepts clearly and see how they apply in real-world business situations.

I hold a Master of Business Administration from Gujarat University, completed in 2004. I have also completed ICWAI from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India in 2012. These qualifications have given me a strong foundation in cost accounting, finance, management accounting, and related areas. My academic background, combined with my professional experience, allows me to approach Commerce education from both theoretical and practical perspectives.

My 15+ years of experience in multinational companies have given me extensive exposure to the way finance, accounting, and business concepts operate in professional environments. Over time, I developed a strong interest in sharing this practical knowledge with students. I enjoy simplifying complex concepts and showing students how the theories they study connect with actual business situations.

I also have experience contributing to the development of educational content on AI in Finance for an EdTech company. This exposure has helped me understand the increasing role of technology and contemporary trends in finance. I try to bring relevant practical insights into my teaching wherever they can help students understand a concept better.

I follow a structured and student-friendly teaching methodology. I prepare lesson plans for individual topics so that the syllabus is covered systematically and students can build their understanding step by step. My classes are interactive, and I encourage students to ask questions, participate in discussions, and clarify their doubts during the session.

I place greater importance on conceptual understanding than simply completing the syllabus. Wherever possible, I connect theoretical concepts with practical and real-world examples from business, finance, accounting, and management. This helps students understand why a particular concept is important and how it can be applied outside the classroom.

I conduct classes both online and offline and use PPT presentations and a whiteboard to support my teaching. My goal is to help Commerce students develop strong academic foundations while also gaining a practical perspective on the subjects they study. I want students to approach Commerce with greater clarity and confidence and understand how their academic knowledge can connect with the professional world.
