I have done B.A, B.Ed (English) in Tamilnadu.I started my career since 2011 in teaching field.I have earned 6 year experience in CBSE board and Matric board schools as an english teacher from various cultured schools in Tamilnadu.At present, working as an english teacher at Orchid The International school, in Bangalore.Teaching grammar, creative in teaching, attracting students using innovative teaching method, solving doubts in grammar, friendly moving with students are my strength.I have come across nearly 4 different cultured schools in Tamilnadu.Teaching phonic is my best part which is very important and helpful students to enhance their reading skill independantly with phonic songs.I would like to face each classes with using multiple skills.Teaching grammar then and there while reading sentences , passages is the best way to grasp the concept vividly.If teaching goes like this, students never forget the learnt concept in their life span. Motivation is the most important to refresh students' young mind. So ,Giving motivation based on topic is to be different each and every classes to stuff new things in their mind.Using different teaching aids are more effective in learning. Students should encourage by giving updated informations as well showing related pictures to enrich their listening skill.If reading is strong with phonic sounds , students can enhance their communicative skill also.To well known in english, students should be well versed in LSRW skills to
