I couldn,t able to find any student and was not able to start class.why?

First print few flyers give a short description of what you want to teach and you contact number. Distribute the flyers in you area. You will start getting calls. Target places where people gather for different reasons like school stops.

How much i have to pay for Hindustani music tuition approximately per month?

If the tutor is taking private class self employed they will take 300\- to 350\- if its a institute it may go up to 100\-.
