I am Shaji Kumar Venukulatil Krishnan, an IT professional and programming trainer with extensive industry and teaching experience. I teach C, C++, and C# and focus on helping students build strong programming fundamentals, understand coding concepts clearly, and develop practical skills that can be applied to real-world programming.

I have completed my Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science. Along with my academic background, I have more than 19 years of industry experience and over 7 years of teaching and training experience. My professional journey in software development and programming has given me practical exposure to industry requirements and helped me understand the skills that students need to develop.

My industry experience is an important part of the way I teach programming. I believe students benefit when programming concepts are connected with practical applications rather than being taught only as theoretical ideas. I therefore focus on helping learners understand how concepts work and how they can use them while writing and developing programs.

I teach C, C++, and C# with an emphasis on strong fundamentals. I believe that a clear understanding of basic programming concepts is essential before moving to more advanced topics. I therefore structure my sessions step by step and ensure that students have opportunities to practise what they learn.

My teaching approach combines clear explanations with hands-on coding exercises. I encourage students to write code themselves, identify errors, understand why a particular approach works, and gradually develop the ability to solve programming problems independently.

I also adapt my teaching according to the student's current level and requirements. Beginners may need more time with fundamental programming concepts, while students with prior experience may benefit from more practical exercises and application-oriented learning. I structure my sessions accordingly.

I conduct both online and offline classes and aim to make programming practical, structured, and accessible. My goal is to help students develop strong coding fundamentals, improve their logical and problem-solving abilities, gain hands-on programming experience, and build skills that can support their academic and professional development.
