Shahabaz S – Background & Experience

I am a dedicated football coach and coordinator with extensive experience in grassroots, school, and elite academy football. With a strong foundation in player development and program management, I have been actively involved in building structured football programs, mentoring young athletes, and leading coaching teams across multiple institutions.

Currently, I serve as a Coordinator and Head Coach at Conscient Sports, where I manage coaching operations, oversee training quality, and ensure smooth execution of academy and school programs. I am also associated with the Real Madrid Foundation Academy – Bangalore, where I implement international training methodologies and contribute to elite player development.

Alongside my coaching role, I am the Operations Head & Club Secretary of Bangalore Panthers Football Club (2021–Present), where I lead club operations, manage league participation (KSFA), and run academy programs. I have successfully built pathways linking school football programs to competitive club structures, supporting long-term player development.

Previously, I have worked with reputed academies including FC Barcelona Academy (BARÇA Academy), The Football People (TFP), and Blues Football Academy, coaching across various age groups from U5 to elite youth teams. My experience includes implementing structured methodologies, organizing tournaments, and focusing on technical, tactical, and holistic player growth.

I have coached and mentored over 1500+ young footballers, led teams to multiple tournament victories, and consistently worked towards improving discipline, teamwork, and match performance among players.

I am passionate about developing grassroots football, creating opportunities for young players, and building strong football ecosystems through structured coaching and effective leadership.
