For me to think and start this fitness journey was very challenging and looked somewhat not achievable , i always thought that I can’t do it , i can’t be consistent or put efforts until i started working out with shabna . She not only instilled a lot of confidence in me but also made it easy to workout. She makes sure how i’m feeling before session accordingly she plans her workout plan so that i am not over exhausted and can work afterwards. She makes sure to have proper stretching before and after exercise . Her sessions are like therapy to me. It has helped me both physically and mentally. "It has been a great decision for me to start working out with you as my trainer. For a person like me who's more on a leaner side and wants to gain weight, its so difficult to find a right trainer and right kind of exercises. However with you, the journey has been amazing. Whenever i used to think about exercising, i thought I'll lose more weight rather than gaining, but you assured me that it's not the case. It's been almost 2 months and i can see a definite increase in strength and flexibility in my body. You always motivate me to keep eating right and i do feel healthier than before. My primary motive to join your classes was to gain weight, but now i have more awareness towards my overall health. I love the fact that you are very polite and sweet and you keep asking how the person is doing and if the workout is getting too exhausting. What I appreciate the most about you is you take your time to check with me if I’m doing okay, be it during workouts or after. You have pushed me to get out of my sedentary lifestyle and I have never felt more energetic! You have also motivated me to focus on the right priorities based on my body type and not on mindless weight loss. There has been an improvement in my strength and stamina in the last one month. Additionally, exercise has also helped me manage my disc bulge issue better. The pain has reduced considerably and I feel more flexible. Yes, it's safe to do. Just modify poses/asana, which is knee-friendly, prevent it from further aggravating, and give time to recover and focus on knee strengthening.

Yes, it's safe to do. Just modify poses/asana, which is knee-friendly, prevent it from further aggravating, and give time to recover and focus on knee strengthening.
