Yoga has evolved a lot from the days of Patanjali; it has taken different forms to meet the varying needs of practitioners all along its journey. Yoga continues to accept all changes, like the ocean accepts the river, absorbs, assimilates and grows. (A distinctive feature of sanaatan dharma of India) There are a 1000 needs and we have a 1000 yoga. Each one of us is Unique and our needs are unique too. A 1000 yoga’s vision is to personalize yoga to each individual’s needs.

Teaching English since 1972 The London School of Speech was founded in 1972, by Mr Vergis T. Alexander. Over the years the School has helped thousands of students of various nationalities and backgrounds to improve their language skills and gain increased confidence in their abilities. The Principal, Mrs Elizabeth Gajendran, has a Teachers’ Diploma in Speech and Drama, as well as a Diploma in the Teaching of English as a Foreign Language, from Trinity College (London).

I have been into the field of music since last 15-20 years (also appeared on Zee TV's Sa Re Ga Ma, in the year 1997). Apart from being a performer, I have often taught, conducted workshops for kids and adults. It is enjoyable to teach people who think music is for pure joy. Currently, I also sing as part of a 3-member band called 'Dwi' (www.soundofdwi.com). The basic teaching will focus on Raagas of Hindustani classical music. From time to time I also pick up a lot of light music, semi-classical, bhajan, folk, patriotic, raag based compositions to teach my students.
