Currently, I am working as a Quality Manager cum Assistant Medical Superintendent at TIMeS Hospital, where I lead quality assurance initiatives, ensure compliance with NABH and NABL standards, and coordinate internal and external audits. I work closely with the Medical Director and multidisciplinary teams to develop clinical protocols, outcome measures, and quality improvement programs aimed at enhancing patient care and organizational performance.



My professional journey also includes experience as an Assistant Quality Manager at Torrent Pharmaceutical (Sikkim), where I managed QMS in compliance with ISO 9001 and cGMP requirements, conducted audits, handled documentation control, and successfully implemented CAPA processes to reduce quality deviations and customer complaints.
Ihold an M.Sc. in Medical Biotechnology and am currently pursuing CPHAHM. Additionally, I am certified in ISO 15189:2012 & 2022, NABH Hospital Standards, GCP, Infection Control, Waste Management, and Documentation Practices, which strengthens my understanding of regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement in healthcare settings.
