"Excellent trainer who motivates you to do better, gives you personal attention though via online. He has an unlimited set of exercises with him which tailors to the need of the person. When I started his sessions, I had lower back pain, and with 2 months of training, pain has vanished. Would recommend Siba Lenka to anyone looking for online personal fitness training. All the best! "
