As the name suggest to manage the project. So first we need to know things related to a project and we need to workout managing it, however if we consider about different industries/sectors such as IT, Mechanical, electronics each sector belongs to different kind of projects based on market trends, technologies etc but basically we have several things common in all kinds of projects, when we talk about corporate/professional level projects those are initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing. So project management includes the process where we consider the above elements of any project related to any industry and first we do some R & D before we get into any project, we can call it soaking in to the system we try to know or gather information about any project related issue and we organised those information to design the flow of the different level of the projects.
