IdentityI am an Android developer by profession who just happens to have a great deal of love for teaching. It has always been a driving force in my career as it has helped me understand the minor details of how students want learning to be today.
I have been teaching for past couple of years and have had some great results from my students, specially X boards. I try and develop an interest in my students to read, ask questions, be curious to know more and be confident of what they are learning. Our students are the assets for a better tomorrow and we should mould them in a way that they are at respectable positions of service when they take up with their careers.
For me, simplicity is the best approach to learn; attention to the weak areas, regular practice of the strong ones along with timely revisions; simple and best way to achieve consistently good results. This mantra has never failed since I started teaching.
The students today need a practical approach towards learning, practice plays a significant part in obtaining good marks. But I don't prepare my students to get to the top. Instead, I help them get to the top and stay there :)
