Working in a school has been a rewarding experience for me. Spending time with students every day helped me understand that each child learns at a different pace and in their own way. I learned to be more patient, supportive, and flexible while teaching. Managing a classroom, explaining lessons clearly, and motivating students helped me grow both professionally and personally. Interacting with other teachers and parents also gave me better insight into teamwork and communication. What I enjoyed most was watching students slowly gain confidence and improve over time. Overall, working in a school strengthened my interest in teaching and showed me that a teacher’s role is not limited to academics but also involves guiding, encouraging, and supporting students in their overall development.
