IdentityI have overall 2 yrs of experience in customer service and seller support.
I worked in intelenet global service as customer support for 1.3 yrs where we were dealing with the customers on calls and providing them policies health insurance policies it was. We were giving information about the health card. How to use, where you can use this.
And for 6 months I worked as seller support in Aegis where we were dealing with the seller through calls and mails.it was semi voice process actually.
Now I'm looking for change so I'm interested in teaching field.it will remind me my school life again
