Managerial referral (to help the managers understand the need for counseling and to help them recognize concerns in employees)
Employee assistance program talk (to help the employees understand the need for counseling)
Stress management (To help employees understand how to manage stress)
Anger Management (To help employees understand how to manage anger)
Work-life balance (To help employees understand how to maintain a healthy work life balance)
Add more to life(To help employees to introspect to see what more they would want to add to their life)
Self-confidence talk (To help employees understand how to build confidence)
Achieving life style changes

2. Taken counseling sessions for concerns related to marital conflicts, relationships, self-development, work-place concerns and parenting.

3. Taken counseling sessions via email-counselling, tele-counselling and face to face.

4. Conducting Critical Incidence Stress Debriefing for a group of employees when there is an occurrence of grief due to the death of an employee.

5. Writing articles that would enable the employees understand their concerns better

6. Creating talks related to psychological well being for the employees

7. Travelling to different client locations to help the employees deal with the stress.
