I have taught the weak students in Maths and science though I am a language teacher. Since it was our own institution I had a great experience work wise. The students were enjoined the method what we had built in teaching. The method of understanding the students skill and capacity of grasping the topic and put our effort to make them understand. The ability of teaching is truly a God's gift one can say. The environment what we had created in our school was very impressive and it attracted most of the students and their parents to co operate with the teaching staff, the maintenance staff and to the school bus drivers and akkas(conductors). As we had an Islamic school we had all the facilities for praying, washroom,etc. We had created smart classes which includes computers,mathematics and technology classes for the classes 1 to 10th to develop the creativity in the students and build up confidence.
