Ram has worked in senior positions with reputed Education Services Companies like Zee Learn, Birla Edutech, and Vibgyor High. He has been Principal/Director of Schools with National and International curricula for over 10 years. He is a Master’s degree holder in Environmental Sciences from University of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK and Master’s in chemistry from Loyola College, Chennai with over 27 years of cross functional experiences Principal, and Director of K-12 CBSE and IGCSE Schools.
Ram’s areas of expertise in the education space are in the following areas:
• Developing an Integrated curriculum for the school
• Developing experiential Project based learning modules to enhance text book learning
• Student counseling and career guidance
• Conducting of a comprehensive school audit and continuous improvement plan by involving all stake holders of schools.
• Setting up and managing green field school projects for investors.
• Teacher training and deployment.
• Skill enhancement of teachers in line with 21st Century learning partnership.
• Planning formative and Summative assessment tools and rubrics for schools/teacher
Ram wishes to utilise the knowledge and skills acquired over the years in furthering the interest of the organisation in creating sustainable school models based on International standards, incorporating the best of technology and curriculum. With a vast experience in working with National and International school curricula, he wishes to design an integrated curriculum which is hands-on and which sparks curiosity and fun in children. With his experience with corporate MNC’s Ram also wish to evolve a SQMS (Strategic Quality Management System) for the organisation.
Ram's goal is to transit his enthusiasm, creativity & experience gained in his field of Education both from his experience as a trainer and Education facilitator in India and abroad into a position, where he can continue to provide the strategic and tactical leadership critical to the cherished vision of the institution.
