In my last one year tenure have worked as Operation manager, focused on driving growth and expanding our client base, supported by a collaborative colleague. Together, we identified and pursued new business opportunities, built strong client relationships and contributed to revenue enhancement strategies. I was responsible for lead generation, proposal development, stakeholder communication and ensuring smooth onboarding / retention of new clients.
