Rachel E.

I am a motivated undergraduate student at St. Joseph’s University, currently pursuing a BA in Psychology, Theatre, and Optional English. My interests lie in teaching, understanding human behavior, mental health, and creative expression.

I bring diverse experience in mentorship, youth engagement, and communication. As the youngest Teen Mentor and Internship Manager at I Love Mondays, I mentored high school students, managed internship programs, and conducted workshops, strengthening my leadership and organizational skills. As a Core Team Member at The Teen Times, I contributed to content creation and promoted inclusive, unbiased journalism. I also interned at Sri Shankara Cancer Hospital & Research Centre in psycho-oncology, where I participated in rural tobacco awareness outreach, reflecting my commitment to mental health advocacy. Additionally, as a podcast intern for Corporate Lingo Unveiled, I created content to simplify workplace concepts for young audiences. My volunteer work with Nightingales Medical Trust further developed my empathy and community engagement.

My key skills include adolescent mentorship, creative and journalistic writing, screenwriting, theatre, public speaking, and effective communication. I am proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office, and I demonstrate strong leadership, critical thinking, and time management. I am fluent in English and moderately proficient in Hindi and Kannada.
