Never feel dejected for not clearing written test or interviews and never blame it on your destiny/fortune for the difficult times you are undergoing .Never depend on luck and never wait for luck to bring good fortune .Work hard like IITians and do smart work like geeks.Be inspired and motivated by visionary leaders like Narayana Murthy,Vincentcerf,The Tatas ,Vinod Khosla and the list goes on. Even companies like IBM ,HP ,Google and Infosys started their office in garage and became an MNC today because of their hard work.I am not asking you to open a company , but instead learn their technical & Management leadership, the hard times they went on etc "Before you start some work always ask yourself three questions-why am I doing it ,what the results might be and will i be successful? only when you think deeply and find satisfactory answers to these questions,go head " I am Really Thankful to Qspiders.Especially I am yhankful to Mr.Girish Sir Bhanu Prakash Sir,Chethan Sir & Keshav Sir and the supporting staff.
