I come from a family with generations of boxing experience, which gave me an early exposure to the sport and its discipline. I am a self-taught boxer who has developed my skills through years of dedicated training, practice, sparring, and competitive experience, with 400+ boxing matches under my belt. My approach to boxing goes beyond simply teaching punches and combinations. I focus on building proper technique, footwork, defensive skills, movement, stamina, coordination, strength, and mental discipline. I teach students according to their individual level and goals — whether they are complete beginners, looking to improve their fitness and confidence, or aspiring to develop their boxing skills more seriously. What I can help you with: Boxing fundamentals and technique, stance, footwork and movement, punching combinations, defense and counter-attacks, pad work and shadow boxing, conditioning and stamina, speed, coordination and agility, sparring fundamentals, boxing fitness and confidence, and training plans for beginners and intermediate students.
