Sourav Dutta, CoFounder, is an MSc in Economics followed by professional certifications in Big Data Analytics, Training, Digital Marketing & Leadership Development. Ex-Director of Analytics with JCPenney & Target, 17+ years of industry experience in leadership roles with Indian and American brands like Hewlett Packard, Airtel & Pantaloons. Currently an independent soft skills trainer & a visiting faculty with MICA (Ahmedabad). 200+ hours of corporate training experience as an in-house trainer with HP, Target & JCPenney.

Madhulika Sharma, the other Co-Founder, is an MBA in Marketing, Certification course in Digital Marketing, Associate Certification from Insurance institute of India. Worked as Assistant General Manager at AMC Cookware India Pvt. Ltd.12+ years of experience in leadership and managerial roles in Direct selling, insurance & consumer durable industry. Currently working as Marketing & Branding consultant, Digital content creator, Social media influencer and independent soft skills trainer.
