Since personally pursued various professional courses very much comfortable with question paper trends and exam tips which help students to crack exams easily. 3) Timely completion of syllabus and continuos help with regards to the exam until examination even after completion of course. 4) Exams are conducted at regular intervals to assess the performance and improve them in areas where they lack.

It will take at least 30 to 40 hours of learning with practice, and also it depends on the following factors -
1) From which region the person belongs because it will influence his ability to speak.
2) Interest and willingness to learn the language.
3) How much time one allocates to learn/practise in a day.
4) Also, if any of the person's friends or family knows the language so that it will be easy to recall the learning.
