"I had the most amazing experience. Poonam ma'am created a comfortable learning environment, making me feel at ease even when struggling with complex grammar concepts. As students we always fear tests and exams but all i remember is whenever ma'am gave me excercise to complete or weekly tests, i was always excited to learn about her feedback about how well i performed. Amongst all things i really liked the fact that ma'am made me read books in German, from day one when i didn't even know how to say those words.
