I am a passionate educator with a strong academic background in Human Resources, Marketing, and Psychology. I hold a PGDM in HR & Marketing and an MSc in Psychology, and currently work as a Recruitment Support Associate with an international education organization. My professional experience has equipped me with practical expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, ATS, interview coordination, employee relations, and HR operations.

I specialize in teaching MBA and BBA subjects, particularly Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, Marketing, and Psychology. My sessions are interactive, concept-driven, and tailored to each student's learning style, making even complex topics easy to understand.

Beyond academics, I mentor students in resume building, interview preparation, communication skills, assignments, projects, case studies, presentations, and career development. I focus on helping students not only score well in exams but also develop practical knowledge and confidence for the corporate world.
