I am a Fitness trainer and these are the below responsibilities.

Conduct fitness assessments, including strength, endurance, flexibility, and
mobility evaluations.
Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques, form, and injury prevention
strategies.
Monitor client progress, adjust training plans, and provide motivation for Continuouss improvement.
Lead one-on-one and group training sessions, incorporating strength, cardio, and
functional exercises.
Educate clients on basic nutrition, recovery methods, and healthy lifestyle habits.
Ensure a safe and effective workout environment by following gym policies and
industry standards.
Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications to
enhance training quality.
Foster a supportive and motivating atmosphere to encourage client adherence
and long-term success.
Design and implement customized training programs based on client needs and
fitness levels
