I am Pavan M, a dedicated Personal Fitness Trainer with over 12 years of experience in helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. I specialise in customised workout planning, strength training, weight management, and lifestyle guidance. My focus is on creating effective fitness programmes that are designed according to each individual's requirements, fitness level, and personal goals.

I have completed my Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from VTU in 2016. To further enhance my expertise in fitness training, I completed professional training at Proton Academy in 2019. These qualifications, combined with my years of practical experience, have helped me develop strong knowledge of exercise techniques, workout planning, fitness coaching, and safe training practices.

I have been working as a Personal Fitness Trainer for more than 10 years and have gained valuable experience at reputed fitness centres, including Jaguar Fitness and Iconic Fitness. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals having different fitness levels, medical conditions, injuries, and specific health goals. I focus on understanding each client's requirements and designing safe and effective training plans to help them achieve sustainable results.

Over the years, I have successfully transformed more than 100 clients through personalised training, consistency, and proper guidance. My experience has helped me understand that every individual requires a different approach towards fitness. I believe that achieving fitness goals is not only about workouts but also about developing discipline, maintaining consistency, and following a healthy lifestyle.

My teaching approach is personalised, practical, and result-oriented. I focus on creating customised workout plans that include strength training, functional exercises, weight management techniques, and lifestyle improvements. I guide students through proper exercise techniques, help them understand their body requirements, and provide continuous motivation to stay committed to their fitness journey.

One of my key achievements has been working as a Manager at Iconic Fitness, where I gained valuable experience in managing fitness programmes and guiding clients effectively. I have also completed bodybuilding certification training and earned a medal in bodybuilding, which reflects my dedication, discipline, and passion for the fitness industry. These experiences have further strengthened my understanding of fitness training and client transformation.

I provide both online and offline fitness training sessions, offering personalised guidance based on each individual's goals and challenges. My mission is to help people become stronger, healthier, and more confident by following the right fitness approach. I am committed to supporting every client with expert guidance, practical training methods, and consistent motivation to achieve long-lasting results.
