My initial advice would be to analyze your current job profile and few parameters in past educational background before deciding upon the course. Data engineering, data analytics with or without big data, data science, machine learning, deep learning, predictive modeling etc etc are subjects that are related but have clear distinction between themselves. These subjects demand respect, significant time commitment and tenacity to learn. And there are career levels that someone has to progress through before being considered as professional.
