Panchan S

I am an experienced HR professional with over 18 years of corporate experience, complemented by a strong passion for teaching, training, mentoring, and developing students. Alongside my corporate career, I have been actively conducting training sessions, coaching classes, and online classes for BBA and MBA students, with a focus on making concepts practical, simple, and easy to understand.

I also have experience providing tuition and academic support to students from Classes 5 to 12, particularly in Kannada and Hindi. I believe that every student has a unique learning style, and my approach is to create a friendly, encouraging, and interactive learning environment where students can understand concepts clearly and gain confidence.

Academically, I hold an MBA, along with a BA with Kannada as an optional/main subject, and I have also completed the Vidwan course in Hindi language. My combination of corporate experience, academic knowledge, teaching exposure, and language proficiency enables me to connect well with students of different age groups and learning levels.

My objective as a tutor is not only to help students perform well academically but also to build their confidence, strengthen their fundamentals, develop communication skills, and encourage a positive attitude towards learning. I am comfortable conducting both online and offline classes and look forward to helping students achieve their academic and personal learning goals.
