I have done BSc (Maths, Physics and Electronics) and have 2 post graduate diplomas, one in Computer applications and another in Personnel management and Industrial relations. I had been working for 25 years as a HR professional with a stint in training and have left job to take care of domestic issues. I have been a home tutor to my children and they have not taken external help for tutoring through their schooling. Both of them are engineers from Vellore Institute of Technology, one of the premier Engineering colleges in India. The older of the 2 is currently doing MS in USA from one of top 20 universities in the world.

I am interested in extending support to children who find it difficult to cope with studies. My key skills is to make learning interesting and fun specially maths and science topics which I am more proficient in, but can teach EVS and social science too. Patience is a key factor while dealing with children and hence a focused and systematic approach always allows me get the better of them.
