I am Nusra Rafath, a homemaker with a Bachelor’s degree in Literature and Psychology, and I am currently beginning my teaching journey on UrbanPro. I teach students from Nursery, KG, and Classes 1 to 5, covering a wide range of subjects except Kannada and Mathematics. Although I am a fresher and do not have formal teaching experience yet, I genuinely enjoy working with children and helping them learn new concepts in a simple, comfortable, and friendly way.

My academic background in Literature and Psychology has helped me develop an understanding of language, communication, and human behaviour. I believe this background is particularly useful when working with young learners because children have different personalities, learning speeds, and ways of understanding concepts. I try to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable expressing their thoughts, asking questions, and learning without fear of making mistakes.

As I begin my teaching career, my focus is on building a strong and positive relationship with my students. I understand that the early years of education are extremely important for developing a child's interest in learning and building strong academic foundations. I therefore aim to make lessons engaging and enjoyable while ensuring that students understand the basic concepts clearly before moving on to more advanced topics.

My teaching approach is simple, interactive, and student-friendly. I plan lessons according to the student's age, learning level, and individual requirements. I use clear explanations, familiar examples, questions, and practice exercises to make concepts easier to understand. I also encourage students to participate actively during classes instead of simply listening, as I believe active involvement helps young learners remember and understand concepts better.

For Nursery and KG students, I focus on creating an enjoyable learning experience while gradually developing their basic academic and communication skills. For students in Classes 1 to 5, I focus on strengthening their fundamentals, improving their understanding of school subjects, and developing good learning habits. I pay attention to areas where students may need additional support and adjust my pace accordingly.

I conduct both online and offline classes and can provide individual attention based on the student's requirements. I believe that regular practice and revision are important for young learners, so I include these as part of my teaching approach. I also encourage students to ask questions freely and try to understand the reason behind an answer rather than simply memorising it.

Since I am at the beginning of my teaching journey, I am committed to continuously learning and improving as an educator. I am open to understanding the needs of each student and adapting my methods to help them learn more effectively. My goal is to make my classes comfortable and encouraging so that students gradually become more confident in their abilities and develop a positive attitude towards learning.

My aim as a teacher is to support children during their early academic years by providing patient guidance, clear explanations, regular practice, and individual attention. I want my students to enjoy learning while developing strong fundamentals that will support them in their future education. I look forward to growing as an educator while helping my students learn, improve, and become more confident learners.
