I am a Pre-Primary teacher working at The Cambridge International School. It has been an amazing experience so far working with 4-5-year-olds. It's wonderful to see how children come with an open mind to learn new concepts. At the same time, I get to learn a lot from these little ones. They teach me to be kind and patient. In every topic that I introduce, I make sure to give the students hands-on experience for example when I taught the concept of germination in EVS, we did the germination process activity in class from sowing the seeds to watering it every day and watching it grow from a sapling to a beautiful plant. These kinds of activities bring in a new perspective towards learning and pave the way for a fun-based educational session. Through my teaching experience, I have learned the importance of activity-based learning to enhance the development of fine and gross motor skills of students. I find myself to be very enthusiastic when I am around these little ones. I look forward to each day in my teaching career to collect many such beautiful experiences and memories.

1) The age group, he/she, belongs to.
2) The pace at which the tutor covers the syllabus.
3) The regularity in following the classes and practising what is being taught.
4) Whether the student is a quick/slow learner etc.
