With over 13 years of experience in the HR domain, I currently lead strategic HR initiatives as the Senior Manager – HR Business Partner for a leading Internet Service Provider in Bangalore. I’ve proudly transitioned from my earlier role in Talent Acquisition to a broader HR leadership position—partnering with business stakeholders to drive performance excellence, culture development, and organisational growth.

On the academic front, I have completed B.Tech in ECE from North Eastern Hill University and MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kashipur, and I’ve spent the last several years creating impactful talent strategies, building high-performance teams, and cultivating workplace environments where people thrive.
