By my experience I learnt a lot in this manner as not all the students are born intelligent but everyone have the intellect only thing is they lack in understanding.
As a teacher I am good in understanding and listening the students need adapt my communication style to the needs of different students, depending on their age,
culture, ability, and learning style and teach according to it, using daily life examples and some sort of practical aids.
