Nagabhushan Rao

As a civil engineer with over twenty-five years of experience in the field and more than two years of teaching experience, I have always been passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise with others. I recently relocated from Dubai to Bangalore, as I wanted to continue my teaching journey in my home country. My career has been diverse, from project manager to general manager in just fifteen years. I have had the privilege of working with renowned companies like L&T and have been a part of prestigious projects, including a G+13 building in Mumbai as part of the NRI project in 1993. Additionally, I have worked on fifteen substation projects in the Middle East, gaining extensive practical knowledge and expertise in civil engineering.
Currently, I am actively teaching Project Management Profession (PMP) to aspiring professionals, both online and offline. My classes are typically two hours long, with an option for the weekend eight-hour courses for those who prefer an intensive learning experience. My teaching approach is concept and exemplary-based, incorporating metaphors and real-life examples to help students grasp the concepts better. I also encourage interactive learning through Q&A sessions in class and provide daily examples related to PMP to make the learning experience more practical and relevant.
Although I do not provide a certificate for PMP directly, I ensure that my students receive the necessary guidance and resources to obtain the certification after the course. I use PowerPoint presentations and video explanations to make the classes more engaging and effective. I also provide my material in soft copy format and have even written a book on Project Management, a comprehensive resource for my students. My experience in civil engineering and project management, combined with my teaching experience, enables me to provide a well-rounded learning experience to my students.
