I am Monisha M, a passionate Mathematics educator with three years of teaching experience, specialising in Mathematics for students from Classes IX to XII. I am dedicated to helping students develop a strong understanding of mathematical concepts, improve their problem-solving abilities, and gain the confidence required to achieve their academic goals. My aim is to make Mathematics simple, logical, and approachable for every learner.

I have completed my Master of Science (M.Sc.) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), which have helped me build strong subject knowledge and effective teaching skills. My academic background enables me to explain mathematical concepts with clarity and use appropriate teaching methods to address the learning needs of students. I believe that a strong foundation and conceptual understanding are essential for long-term success in Mathematics.

Over the past three years, I have worked as a Mathematics Teacher, guiding students from Classes IX to XII through their academic journey. I have helped learners strengthen their fundamentals, improve accuracy, and develop better problem-solving techniques. In addition to teaching, I have also worked as an Academic Coordinator for one year, where I managed academic schedules, coordinated teaching activities, and ensured the timely completion of the syllabus while maintaining quality education standards.

My teaching methodology is structured, interactive, and student-focused. I begin each topic by building a strong conceptual foundation and gradually move towards advanced applications. I prepare lesson plans according to the syllabus and the learning pace of each student, ensuring that every learner receives proper guidance and attention. I use PowerPoint presentations and whiteboard explanations to make concepts more visual, clear, and easier to understand.

My classes focus on step-by-step explanations, practical problem-solving approaches, regular practice sessions, and doubt-clearing discussions. I use real-life examples to help students understand the application of mathematical concepts and encourage them to think logically rather than simply memorise formulas. Regular assessments and feedback help me track student progress and identify areas where additional support is required.

I conduct offline classes where I provide personalised guidance and create a supportive learning environment for students. My goal is to help learners overcome their fear of Mathematics, develop confidence, and improve their academic performance through consistent practice and effective learning strategies. I am committed to guiding every student with patience, dedication, and a structured approach to help them achieve success in Mathematics.
