As a certified boxing and strength and conditioning coach with a nutritional certification specialising in body transformation, I have trained people for over ten years. My passion for training people has led me to become an active MMA fighter, with two national participations, six state boxing championships, and two wins at the Superhuman Battle Ground Fight Night.
I provide training services in Koramangala, all blocks, and Indiranagar, where I have trained clients for over a decade. My services include weight loss, combat fitness, self-defence, boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. I cater to individuals of all age groups, starting from eleven years old, and my sessions usually last for an hour.
My training sessions are efficient, and I focus on developing valuable techniques in real-life scenarios. I also organise tournaments for my clients, which helps them test their skills in a competitive environment. Regular practice and participation in tournaments help my clients develop confidence and hone their skills. I understand that achieving fitness goals requires a combination of exercise and a balanced diet. Therefore, I also provide diet and nutritional support to my clients. A personalised diet plan is essential to achieve the desired results and to maintain good health in the long run.
To give potential clients an idea of my training methods, I offer an introductory video showcasing my techniques and the results my clients have achieved under my guidance. This helps them understand my approach to training and helps them decide whether I am the right fit for them.
