IdentityI have been teaching Chemistry for over 10 years, working with students from Classes 8 to 12. My passion for the subject and commitment to student success have shaped my teaching journey and allowed me to support hundreds of students in building strong conceptual understanding and academic confidence. I believe Chemistry is not just a subject but a way of understanding the world around us, and I aim to bring that sense of wonder into every class I teach.
I hold a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), which together provide me with both subject expertise and professional teaching skills. My background in Biochemistry helps me simplify complex chemical processes and explain them in a way that students can relate to, while my training in education ensures I approach each student with patience, adaptability, and clarity.
My teaching methodology is structured and student-centric. I begin each class with a clear objective, ensuring students know what they’ll learn and why it matters. I use relatable examples, everyday analogies, and simple breakdowns to make complex topics like organic reactions or chemical equations easier to grasp. I also emphasize two-way communication—encouraging students to ask questions and share their thoughts—to keep the classroom interactive and engaging.
Over the years, I’ve developed techniques that have proven successful in improving board exam performance. Many of my Class 10 and 12 students have scored exceptionally well in Chemistry, which is always a source of motivation for me. I focus on building not just academic competence but also confidence, so students are exam-ready and conceptually strong.
I conduct both online and offline sessions, depending on what best suits the student’s needs. Whether it’s a virtual whiteboard or an in-person classroom, I ensure the same level of clarity and interaction in every session. I also provide comprehensive notes and subject-relevant materials to support learning beyond the class.
What truly drives me as a teacher is the progress I see in my students—watching them go from confused to confident, from struggling with formulas to solving problems independently. Teaching is not just a profession for me; it’s a journey I undertake with each student, helping them discover their potential and enjoy learning along the way.
