I am a Piping Engineer and also an alumnus of Magnus. Rather than telling that the institute is a great one (as already mentioned by many others), I’ll tell my story with this institute. Just like everyone else, I had gone through with the dull education system of India. Owing to what we are put through, I had no expectations at the time of joining. I just wanted to finish the course and get a job. But on the very first day of my training, I got an eye-opener. The start of my training was with the suggestion that I should watch a movie (There will be blood). The movie tells about the development of Extraction of Oil from underneath the Earth. This is what I always craved. I wanted perspective rather than methods of rote. Later, I was told that I should own what I learn as if it is my discovery. Now this stuff is hard (really hard!) to find. I was already gleeful to associate with these people. They literally conveyed information as an object that you can visualize, understand and even have your own opinion on. Towards the end of my training, they started to recommend me to multiple companies and also asked me to register my profile on their Job Portal. I ultimately got a job but that is only a by-product of some serious teaching ethics. They deserve to be applauded for what they are doing.
