I hold a Diploma in Personal Training & Nutrition from Classic Fitness Academy, along with certifications in Certified Personal Training, Sports Nutrition Specialist, First Aid Training, Olympic Lifting, Kettlebell Training, Suspension Training, and Plyometric Training. I am also EREPS-recognized and trained to design safe, result-oriented programs for all fitness levels. Along with strength and conditioning expertise, I also specialize in Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts training.
